One thing that's driving this world and making it look so crazy is money. Money is an X factor to living a fulfilled life. Though money is not everything, but it's role in human life and relationships cannot be overemphasized.
So, when it comes to living our lives, working hard to making money in a legal way should be prioritized. No wonder there's a saying that says, “ no food for lazy man.” Yes, there shouldn't be food for a lazy man and this is because instead of him or her working hard or smart to make money, he's busy doing nothing.

Nothing works without money and according to the song, “Owo ni koko,” by Davido, even without money as stated by the lyrics of the song, relationships will cease to work. Money controls almost everything on this planet earth.
I could remember some time ago when I was in a relationship with a lady at the university.
The lady, Salome by name, was always demanding and as if that is not enough, he used to compare our relationship with others who are always spending money for their girls. So, she later broke up with me all in the name of not spending for her and it's not that I don't spend for her ooo, but I always do my own thing with measures. Since then I have not heard of her, but I believe she must be enjoying her life now.
Though, I know the influence of money on any relationship, but one thing I used to preach is contentment. Without contentment, one would be looking for any other means to making money, even if it's not legal.
