A day off travel and working on fixing insulation in the attic of our home. Started with me waking up and after spending some time with my wife I packed my car and drove to a ferry terminal in Mukulteo.
No line to board the ferry this morning so I was able to get on the ferry within less than five minutes. So the total travel to the island took around an hour and a half.

There were a couple places on the island where they had some road work done, so they closed down the main highway on the island and put up workers with stop signs.
When I arrived at our house there was a lot of broken tree branches laying all over the place from the recent windstorms.

After unloading the car and checking on the remaining propane I have called and ordered propane delivery for next Wednesday. That was the first available delivery slot.

Then I checked on the generator and made sure it is ready for our visit. Then checked the basement and the heating ductwork.
After that it was climbing into the attic and fixing insulation that construction workers completely messed up. Hopefully this helps keep the house more warm.
