Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Stress. Hope you enjoy the story.

Stress is something we will experience and handle in our lifetime. Medically defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. (Source)

So from the definition by WHO, 2 key parameters exist for us to handle, solving a problem and we are worry, it can be a new problem we encountered without the know how yet, and the result of our decision matters to us.

But are all stress bad? I disagree, as a certain amount of stress will bring us the motivation to solve the problem and get out of the undesirable situation.

This will in turn train us with problem solving skill, generating new know how methods to solve a new problem and that might allow us to apply to new issues or relook at how we handle current situation.

On the flip side, we need to be mindful of the amount of stress we are feeling, as too much stress will likewise harm us, our body for example might trigger immune system response when we are too stressful and we might get hive breakout on the body. That adds on to our problem. Too stressful will also lead us to be persismistic and depressed and the situation likewise will be make worse.

So I would share a quote I was told and I find it meaningful: " There's no problem in the world, if it can be solve, solve it. Else live with it, then it's no longer a problem. "
