Guys……see that large real of water hose in the second photo?
That’s how the dairy farmers irrigate their cornfields in the summertime!😊
The only “catch”, is that this water is coming from man made containment ponds, that are filled with liquid Cow manure!😳
Excellent for the crops, but definitely not drinking water Lol!🙄
Down at the saltwater bay, it’s a common sight to see people “Crabbing” from the elevated boardwalk at Boulevard Park!😊
I didn’t know what “Red Tide” was until we moved to the Northwest !😮
I asked GROK AI about Red tide, and how dangerous could it be…………….
“Silvertop, Red Tide is caused by Algae Blooms, and it can be harmful to both humans and marine life! It can cause respiratory issues in humans!”
If a Red Tide is detected,NO Crabbing signs are then posted along the shoreline, warning people not to eat any shellfish that they catch!🙄
This can last from days to Months!
Definitely a health hazard my friends!😮
Strange how the Ocean can be so beautiful, and yet so dangerous!😳
Silvertop is just here for a healthy hike, and to take in the fresh Sea air!🤗
