“Where’s Da Snow Silbertop?”🐸

It certainly has been a strange Winter!😮
Where PEPE is standing by the logging clear cut is a protected “micro climate”.
A few ground cover plants, are still holding onto their leaves, even though we are now officially in Winter!🙄
Today is December 22, and we haven’t had a frost at all, or ANY days below freezing yet !🤔
You can see in the second photo, the Mountains just behind Sumas Mountain have a bit of Snow. Yesterday the Snow level was starting to work its way down Sumas Mountain,and today it warmed up a bit, and the Snow stopped…………….
I have even been seeing “Gnats”, they have been landing in my Coffee cup when I work outside!😬
Even so …… Silvertop was feeling the need to put studded snow tires on Liz’s car!😍
January, February, and March, are usually our snowy Months of the year, and the weather can change very quickly!
I didn’t want liz to be caught trying to drive home from work, in the dark, in deep snow!🥰
I keep a set of snow tires mounted on rims and stored in the garage. With the aid of my electric impact gun, and my ratchet torque wrench, I was able to quickly switch from Summer tires, to “Hail Mary there’s a blizzard outside” studded snow tires! lol! 😇
The first few photos were taken on the Western side of Sumas Mt. facing Vancouver British Columbia, and the Pacific Ocean.
The last five are on the North East side, of the Mountain the Colder, dryer, and sometimes Sunnier, side!😎
4:25 PM…………. Is it Sunset already!🙄

Probably just like when Silvertop places a “Low” buy order for BTC and the bid price usually goes up…………..🤔
Now that Liz has aggressive snow tires on her Suzuki, it will just rain for the balance of the Winter Lol!
Or not…….. Lol!😇
We are prepared now!💪☺️
