Starlink is pretty much the best internet on the planet at the moment! Everyone with whom I've spoken has told me that Starlink works great, and that they love it! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
With communication between satellites with lasers, in the ability to download to a ground station at any point on earth with low latency it's hard to top that!!
Now add the fact that we are solar powered on our end, so we are not dependent on the grid, it makes a very reliable combination!!๐๐
I didn't know that they utilized lasers! That would definitely speed things up! That's badass, my friend, you've got a great setup! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
It is very interesting...... from what I've read the original generation satellites did not have the lasers.
But the newer generation incorporates laser to laser communication, and as the old satellites gradually burn up back re-entering the atmosphere, his new constellation will all be laser to laser communication!๐๐
Oh, that's very cool, so he's been upgrading his technology, so the network speed and bandwidth should keep getting better! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
