We may think that we are not responsible to anyone. Yes, we are not indebted to anyone but we owe our very life to God. It is God who is giving us this responsibility. So we might not owe anyone anything but we owe are life to God. We are not doing this because of anyone but because of God, we must learn to show compassion. We must be compassionate to others. With whatever we have, let us be compassionate. Don't think that they are not your responsibility. They are your responsibility because God makes them your responsibility. We should allow the word of God to guide us in everything.
As the people of God, let us know that God expect us to be kind to others. Let the love of God dwell in our hearts. Let us believe in God and do the things that he commands us. God wants us to show kindness to others. So, in obedience to God we are financially responsible for others. They are our responsibility. Give help whenever it is in your power to help. Support those who have no help. Be a friend who can give his or her money to support his or her friend.
Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ said that we are the light of the world. That means we are those who should illuminate the world around us. Through the little help that we are giving others, we are showing them the light. So, we are responsible for the well-being of our fellow man.
