Hi Hive,
If there is one thing Hive has taught me, then it’s that growth sometimes comes with late realizations. When I first joined the hive blockchain, I treated every reward like quick cash because at that time my focus was I needed to survive on and moreso, it was at that time me and my wife welcome our first child. The moment I received HBD, my next move was simple and that's to convert it and use it to handle real-life responsibilities. At that stage, survival came first, and I don’t regret that decision.

What I didn’t really understand back then was the bigger picture.
I had no idea that HBD sitting in savings could actually generate more value over time. That knowledge came late for me, and just when I was beginning to rethink my strategy, things shifted again that no more HBD rewards due to price fall. That moment forced me to pause and ask myself a serious question that "What’s next" ?
🎯 My 2026 Hive Goals
This year, my focus is clear and i had chosen growth over quick gains. I want to build my Hive Power (HP) to a level where my presence on the platform truly counts. It’s no longer just about earning but it’s about influence, consistency, and long-term positioning. By the end of 2026, I want to look at my account and see real, measurable progress.
💰My Earning Strategy (HBD / HP / Trading)
My strategy has shifted completely with HBD rewards no longer part of the equation for me. My priority now is powering up consistently. I make sure I power up nothing less than 20 hive in the hive power up day every month. And I want to stack as many hive as I can and wait until the price go up again. And probably I'm thinking of buying more hive. No distractions, no unnecessary conversions.
But for now, I’m putting trading on the sidelines. Because I have realized that trying to do too much at once can slow down real progress. My approach is simple and that's to build first, experiment later. HP is my foundation, and I want to strengthen it as much as possible I can.
📈 My Growth Plan
Consistency will be my biggest weapon this year to achieve my goal. I plan to show up regularly, share meaningful content, and improve my storytelling. I have learned that people connect more with real experiences than perfect words, so I will lean into authenticity.
Engagement is another vital part of my plan. I want to interact more, support others, and build genuine connections within the community. Growth on Hive is not just about numbers but it’s also about relationships.
Looking back, I understand why I made the choices I did. Life demanded it. But 2026 feels like a reset for me and a chance to do things differently, to think long-term, and to build something that lasts.
No more shortcuts this time. Just steady and intentional growth.
