Hello Hives
There was a time when I believed that everyone who hurts us would eventually meet their doom or get what they deserved. I thought life had a way of balancing everything out, and that one day those who caused pain would face the consequences of their actions too.

But as I got older, I realized life does not always work that way.
I once heard about someone who had deeply hurt another person years earlier. Instead of struggling later in life, she moved to the United States, married a good-looking man, started a beautiful family, and together they built a successful business. From the outside, everything seemed to be going perfectly for her.
And that story changed the way I look at life.
It made me understand that not everyone who hurts you will experience some dramatic downfall in life. Some people will continue to succeed, smile, and enjoy life as if nothing ever happened. As painful as that sounds, it's simply the reality we sometimes have to accept.
The same thing happens with friendships too.
You may have a friend who was always around when life was difficult, but once they started making money, they slowly disappeared. Calls stopped coming in, messages became rare, and suddenly they no longer had time for you. It hurts, especially when you remember how close you once were.
For a long time, you might secretly hope they will experience the same loneliness they made you feel. But while you are busy waiting for that day, they are probably focused on their own lives and moving forward.
That's when it hits you.
Holding on to bitterness does not slow anyone else down. It only slows you down.
I have learned that the best response is not revenge or waiting for karma. The best response is to focus on becoming a better version of yourself. Spend your energy learning new skills, working harder, improving your finances, and creating the kind of life you want. Those are things you can actually control.
Life is too short to spend it keeping score.
Not everyone will apologize. Not everyone will regret how they treated you. And honestly, not everyone will face the consequences you imagine.
Instead of waiting for someone else's story to fall apart, keep writing your own story. One day you'll look back and realize that choosing growth over resentment was one of the best decisions you ever made.
Sometimes the greatest victory is not watching others fail. It's succeeding without allowing the people who hurt you to define your future.
Thanks for Reading
