I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Well, as I expected, all of the feedback that I've received via comments, and from my poll (go vote!), Bigger HIVE Powerups to Alive Tribe Community Accounts, or Daily HIVE Dividends?, has been unanimously in favor of adding HIVE drips to our daily ALIVE dividend payouts, so that does indeed look like what we're going to be doing quite soon. I already had a very strong feeling that this would be the sentiment, and sure enough, it sure is!
Although I mentioned yesterday that we may be able to get HIVE added to the ALIVE divies by this coming week, after further thought and consideration, I'm thinking that October 1st would be a good day for it to be initiated. This will give me more time to tweak and refine everything, and it will also focus Bjorn's backend work, rather than splitting it between dates.
To make this work with my own schedule, we're going to have to change the day that our ALIVE and HP delegators are sent their payments. At the moment it's looking like UTC Wednesday will be the new delegator payout day. Most of our HIVE comes in Thursdays and Fridays (2PM my time, which in UTC would be Friday and Saturday), and I do most of my community asset management on Sunday (which is just an easier day for me), which is when I usually collect all our accumulated HIVE from our community accounts, and send it to either @aliveandthriving or @alive.chat to power up. The Sunday (October 28th) before Wednesday, October 1st, I'll collect our HIVE as usual, then I'll power up 50% of it to one of our community accounts, leaving the rest to be divided 50/50 for HP delegators and daily HIVE drips in the ALIVE divies, with the new payout level for HP delegators also beginning on October 1st, which is when LOLZ will be removed, and SWAP.PEPET, SWAP.PEPE, and GAMER will be added to the ALIVE dividends, along with HIVE.
Given that the amount of liquid HIVE that we receive each week varies, the quantity of HIVE sent out to delegators and ALIVE holders and stakers every week will also oscillate over time. When I divide the HIVE 50/50 between powering up to community accounts, and sending out to delegators and ALIVE stakers and holders, if the amount is not even, the portion allocated to delegators-holders-stakers will be be larger.
I'm excited to get this change made, and our new payout system up and running. Even though we're losing LOLZ in the daily ALIVE divideds, we'll be gaining HIVE, SWAP.PEPET,SWAP.PEPE, and GAMER, which I is indeed a win I'd say. I think that this will go smashingly well!
Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a little after 1:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and collecting coconut water and coconut meat from several younger coconuts to get another round of kefir fermenting. Once those were done, I ended up spending some time sharing wonderful conversation with Seej, a young women who's staying at GaiaYoga for a little while. We certainly have a lovely flowing rapport. After talking with Ceej, and showing her the Flow House and the lava, I got my machete and did more clearing along the second driveway. When I had another good area cleared, I took a shower, headed to the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with that in hand I made my way back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. Even though I paused that two times, to go attend the Saturday community meal, and to go sit next to the fire with people out on the Peanut Lawn for a while, I was still thankfully able to get everything on Hive done before bed. I spent more time at the fire than expected, returning to the Flow House just after 10PM, which is when I did some asset management, then I went to bed just before 11PM. I woke up around 6AM again, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 10AM, so it's a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before possibly heading off-property with some poeple for Sunday Funday. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
