I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
It's quite ironic that I just posted yesterday about how we had just gotten the payouts scripts for the daily ALIVE dividends and AP/HP delegations working correctly with the new rate limit on transactions, and then we had a 100% fail on sending out the next round. Doh. Bjorn restarted the script, and we had another partially-successful payout, with some layer-2 tokens being missed again. It wasn't a problem with the script this time, however, as they are now working as they should with the rate limits, but rather due to very unstable Hive-Engine nodes. Unfortunately we can't do much about that on our end, which is very frustrating indeed. So even though the payout scripts are functioning correctly, some missed payouts, usually in the layer-2 tokens, are presently unavoidable.

Hive Engine has been getting hit hard with attacks from multiple sides, from transaction attacks that made the rate limits necessary, and from DDOS attacks on the Hive-Engine nodes that are making many layer-2 transactions, and therefore our payouts of layer-2 tokens, quite hit or miss. Keeping the daily HIVE payouts rolling is our highest priority, which we'll do our best to do, but layer-2 payouts will probably continue to be quite spotty for the foreseeable future, until the Hive-Engine nodes are able to regain their necessary stability.

Building projects and communities on Hive has become increasingly difficult, as much due to some with high HP having their way regardless of the interests or desires of the greater Hive community, as it is due to coordinated attacks, both internal and external, on the functionality of the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem. That hurts my heart, and it makes me more determined then ever to keep moving forward.

Very sadly, the creator of BeeSwap, BXT, and dCity, mostly likely in part due to not receiving DHF funding for his BeeSwap proposal, and the recent extreme instability of Hive Engine, after many years of operation, has decided to kill dCity, with the plan to compensate game-asset holders soon. I'm very much hoping that he doesn't decide to end BeeSwap and BXT too, as they're rather significant components of how I do things, and they're important aspects of Hive's financial infrastructure.

Things are more than a little rough on Hive lately, and for multiple reasons, and although that is quite disheartening, demoralizing, and demotivating for me, I am, as always, relentlessly tenacious in my commitment, dedication, and my determination to what I've been building and growing here on Hive, to the We Are Alive Tribe, and to the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem as a whole. When I say that I'm all-in for the long haul on a Hive, it's through thick and thin, ups and downs, no matter what. Period.

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive and Blurt tasks by around 12:30PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session started on time, and we wrapped it up by around 5PM, after which I went to the Landing to make myself some food (a simple grilled cheese sandwich, on sourdough, with peperjack cheese, and horseradish mustard), and to collect my jar of superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with those in hand(s), I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive and Blurt tasks, and to catch up on my Hive notifications. I got everything done quite early, by a little after 8AM, and after some asset management, and talking with Bjorn in discord about the payout-script situation, I went to bed around 10:30PM. I woke up a bit before 7AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing (with lots of difficulties this morning), then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 11:15AM, so it's a fantabulous time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive and Blurt tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, collecting coconut water from several younger coconuts to start another round of kefir fermentation, and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's expression of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
