Today I shorted BTC futures. Target 83266. I'll probably close 30 minutes before the US market closes if the target isn't met in the next 1.5 hours. I don't often play these types of trades, but today I have a good chance of making +700 USDT.

If only I knew how the markets would perform in 2026. Nobody knows. But after a decline, cryptocurrencies often rise, although not all altcoins will rise like the top 10.
I am not engaged in the market at all, but for some reason I have a feeling that altcoins in 2026 will go much lower, but this is in the short term and closer to the middle of the year (so as not to relax)

I closed my position at 85800. Asian markets might drop even lower, but this move and a good night's sleep are enough for me.
Shorting BTC here is bold given the recent consolidation above 90k—respect for sharing the play. A move down to 83k would require a strong macro catalyst or leverage flush. Will be watching how this evolves into the US close. Thanks for the transparency.
I rarely indulge in such mischief lately. I mostly just buy ETH and SOL on dips. I hope the markets will start to rally next year.
