Dneska jsem si šel před obědem zaběhat a odpoledne jsem vyrazil se psy naproti manželce, když se vracela z práce.

I went for a run before lunch today, and in the afternoon, I took the dogs to meet my wife as she was coming home from work.
Nejdříve jsem běžel po cyklostezce a poté pokračoval cestami zrekultivovanou krajinou.
Moje tepy jsou zatím téměř o deset tepů vyšší, než jsem byl obvykle zvyklý. Bude to zkrátka chtít čas a pravidelný trénink.

I started out on the bike path and then headed through the restored landscape.
My heart rate is still nearly ten beats higher than normal, so it’s clearly going to take some time and consistent training.
Za manželkou jsme se pak vydali opět do parku a domů to vzali delší oklikou.

We met up with my wife in the park and then took the long way home.
