Hi!
I spent the morning at the training field and then hit the road for a run this afternoon.
Later, the dogs and I went to meet my wife on her way home from work, and right after that, I headed out for a 12-hour night shift.

Dnešní dopoledne jsem strávil na cvičáku a odpoledne jsem si byl zaběhat.
Později jsme šli se psy naproti manželce, která se vracela z práce, a hned poté jsem odjel na noční dvanáctku.
Since the weather was so nice, I took advantage of it and headed back to the training field with the dogs. Oggy especially needs to practice the slalom. We also gave the "A-frame" a try, but we always make sure there’s plenty of time for chasing the frisbee and fetching the ball. 🥏🥎

Je pěkné počasí, tak jsem toho využil a vyrazil se psy znovu na cvičiště. Hlavně Oggy potřebuje trénovat slalom. Vyzkoušeli jsme také překážku „áčko“, ale čas musí zbýt i na honění talíře a míčku. 🥏🥎
I ran along the bike path today, pushing the pace a bit more than usual, and I have to say it felt great.

Běžel jsem po cyklostezce, dnes o něco rychleji než obvykle, a musím říct, že se mi běželo opravdu dobře.
My wife and I met up in the park, as per usual.

S manželkou jsme se potkali jako klasicky v parku.
