I caught up on some sleep after my night shift this morning and went for a run after lunch. 🏃♂️
Later, we went to meet my wife on her way home from work.

Dopoledne jsem dospal po noční směně a po obědě jsem si šel zaběhat. 🏃♂️
Později jsme šli naproti manželce, když se vracela z práce.
I hit the bike path again and added a few high-speed intervals this time. It was quite a workout!

Zase jsem běžel po cyklostezce a tentokrát jsem si přidal i pár rychlejších intervalů. Dalo mi to docela zabrat!
I took all three dogs to the park to meet my wife. It was quite a tangle at times! 🙂 We ended up extending our walk through the park a little longer. 🌳🐾

Do parku naproti manželce jsem vzal všechny tři psy. Občas to byla slušná motanice! 🙂
Procházku parkem jsme si nakonec ještě trochu prodloužili. 🌳🐾
