Today's plan was packed: hitting the training field to work on our slalom, going for a run, and finishing off with a long evening walk with the dogs.

Dnešní plán byl jasný: zajet na cvičák a pilovat slalom, pak si jít zaběhat a večer to zakončit delší procházkou se psy.
It was pretty busy at the training field this morning – they were setting up tents for the "Witches' Night" bonfire tonight.
So, we had to change plans and drive a bit further to the forest park. I was hoping to find a spot in a field or meadow where we could practice the slalom for a bit.
Unfortunately, the ground everywhere looked the same, and running on that kind of surface would have been too risky. 🐾❌

Na cvičáku bylo dneska dopoledne pěkně rušno – stavěly se tam stany na večerní čarodějnice.
Museli jsme tedy změnit plán a popojet o kousek dál k lesoparku. Doufal jsem, že na nějaké louce najdu kousek místa, kde bychom ten slalom aspoň chvíli potrénovali.
Bohužel pole i louky vypadaly všude stejně a běhat na takovém povrchu by bylo o nohy. 🐾❌
So instead of training, we just went for a relaxing walk. The nature around here is gorgeous, though, so we really enjoyed it anyway! 🐾☀️

Místo tréninku tedy jen pohodová procházka. Příroda v okolí je ale nádherná, tak jsme si to i tak užili! 🐾☀️
I didn't really feel like running today, but in the end, I followed Garmin's suggestion: 42 minutes of easy running. I ended up stretching it out by a couple of minutes. 🏃♂️⌚

Do běhání se mi dneska sice moc nechtělo, ale nakonec jsem dal na doporučení Garminu: 42 minut lehkého běhu. Nakonec jsem to o nějaké ty dvě minutky protáhl. 🏃♂️⌚
We took a walk outside of town past the ponds all the way to the local swimming pool area and sat for a while in the meadow behind the playground. The dogs explored the surroundings while we enjoyed a refreshing 🍺. 🙂

Prošli jsme se za městem kolem rybníků až ke koupališti a pak si chvíli poseděli na louce za dětským hřištěm. Psi prozkoumávali okolí a my si dopřáli jedno 🍺 na osvěžení. 🙂
