I wasn't very active today, even though I really needed to take a lot more steps. 🙂 (MAcFiT Season 24)
After finishing my night shift, I slept in the morning. In the afternoon, because of the weather (mud after the rain), we only walked the dogs along the bike path and partly through the city on the sidewalk.
At 5 p.m., I headed to work for another 12-hour night shift.

Dnes jsem nebyl moc aktivní, přitom bych zrovna dnes potřeboval kroků mnohem víc! 🙂 (MAcFiT Season 24)
Po noční směně jsem dopoledne spal. Odpoledne jsme kvůli počasí (bláto po dešti) šli se psy ven jen po cyklostezce a částečně i přes město po chodníku.
V 17 hodin jsem zase jel na další dvanáctihodinovou noční směnu.
