This afternoon, we visited the Old and New Squares to soak up the Christmas atmosphere.

Ahoj.
Dnes jsme se odpoledne šli podívat na Staré a Nové náměstí a nasát vánoční atmosféru.

On the way, we walked past Sokolov Castle.

Cestou jsme šli kolem Sokolovského zámečku.

There’s a Christmas market on Old Square this weekend — and of course, mulled wine was available.

Na Starém náměstí o víkendu probíhají vánoční trhy. Samozřejmě nechybělo ani svařené víno.

New Square has a lit Christmas tree and a new artificial ice rink as well.

Na Novém náměstí je také rozsvícený vánoční strom a nově stojí umělá ledová plocha.

In the evening, our son came to visit with Dante.

Večer na návštěvu přišel syn s Dantíkem.
