Progresse

As expected, the last two reputation points to earn are the longest—it climbs up 0.1 by 0.1 with every post, like an RPG where you’re just two levels away but with barely any XP to gain. You know that feeling: grinding hundreds of mobs in a loop, watching the XP bar barely move, or chaining bosses that take hours for just a tiny bit more progress.

Yeah, let’s see it like a hard-mode RPG where you’re just trying to 100% it, even if it tortures you, just to get that last achievement for your personal ego.

Speaking of ego, on RisingStar, once my mission is done, I’ll hit level 25 and finally move on to the second island. After that, I’ll start giving music lessons to bring that ego back down to zero.

What else can I say except that right now, depression is lurking—like the feeling of doing nothing but work, sleep, repeat. Even if I squeeze in some time on HIVE or watch a few shows in between, nothing feels transcendent. I’m waiting on all the paperwork to finally move my IRL projects forward, but it’s taking forever. It feels like the administration isn’t doing anything to speed things up—come on, Mireille, grab your coffee, turn on your PC, and process those files! Three months of waiting, no answers, just "it’s being processed." If the public sector were run like the private sector, half of us would already be at the employment agency by now.

Do you ever get the feeling that nothing’s moving forward, yet you’re paying more and more in direct and indirect taxes for fewer and fewer services? I won’t go into details on what I really think, or I’ll get labeled a fascist, Nazi, etc.

Anyway, I could rant about all this out loud, but what’s the point? I’m invisible on the blockchain anyway…
