The first image comes from our personal calculation tool (an enhanced Excel). Not all cells are yet linked to Hive-Engine to track curation, HP/HIVE APR, and the rest (we don't even know how to do it yet!). But the spreadsheet already displays our progress in near real-time.
The tools will make the investments described below once the goals are reached. For now, everything is on hold... and we're calculating the mana! 🚀
Our current status
Here's what we've already accumulated:
Action plan: Starting at 50K ALIVE POWER
Once we hit 50K ALIVE POWER, we'll start selling part of the ALIVE earned from curation and reinvesting as follows:
Example allocation:
25% → Stacking ALIVE Power ++
12.5% → HIVE POWER (HP)
12.5% → HBD
25% → CENT POWER DELEGATE (@centtoken) → Reward swap HBD → SWAP CENT POWER → DELEGATE @centtoken
25% → ARCHON POWER
25% → HIVE LIQUIDITY
Until the end of the ongoing projects.
This will accelerate the growth of the other goals. Initially, I aimed for more Hive-Engine tokens, but achieving this in 2026 will already be a big challenge! I work 40h/week on the side and manage this in my free time. ALIVE should be in place by early 2026.
Monthly timeline (targeted)
End of January: 500 HP reached, while continuing investments in others.
End of February: 1M CENT POWER at least 50% complete.
End of March: CENT POWER done → Delegation rewards for CENT curation + stacking ~1000 CENT/week → Goal: 100K CENT in personal stacking (not delegated).
End of April: ARCHON up; HP ≥700; HBD ≥70.
End of May: ARCHON at 50K stacking (or very close).
End of June: 100 HBD; ~1000 HP. ALIVE / CENT / ARCHON completed.
Post-June reinvestment
From end of June, reinvest ALIVE / CENT / ARCHON rewards as follows:
Example allocation:
25% → Respective stacking for ALIVE / CENT / ARCHON.
25% → Swap BEE.
25% → HIVE.
25% → HBD.
Curation rewards will be split 50/50 HP / HBD, while feeding the systems above.
New goal: BEE (end of June)
10K BEE for curation. Reinvest BEE rewards:

12.5% → HBD
12.5% → HP
12.5% → BEE stacking
12.5% → HIVE
12.5% → CENT POWER
12.5% → ALIVE POWER
12.5% → ARCHON POWER
12.5% → BEE reserve (for future Hive-Engine token)
BEE uses:
100 BEE → Token creation.
1000 BEE → Stacking.
1000 BEE → Delegation.
1000 BEE → "Contract" for curation.
1000 BEE → Pool.
1000 BEE → NFT "Contract".

Conclusion
