Carbon-12 (C) is the most abundant stable isotope of the element carbon, making up approximately 98.9% of all naturally occurring carbon on Earth. It is a fundamental component of organic chemistry and the basis of life.

Atomic Structure: A neutral atom of Carbon-12 contains 6 protons, 6 neutrons, and 6 electrons.

"This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666."

2000 years ago, did anyone understand that carbon life (and humans in particular) are building blocks in atoms of which there are 6 protons, 6 neutrons and 6 electrons?
