You can also try and see if there are any online store in ph that sells in-ears (not headphones) that are from China (which is more affordable) and has a category of 1DD or 2DD or 3DD to hear the difference.
However, 3DD are very expensive and not worth investing to try out if you are not a musician.

Nevertheless, if the Audio Lab in the instagram result is actually a store you can visit and legit selling audio systems, perhaps you can check them out?
It seems to sell head phones too, but not sure about in-ears.

Philippines is a rich in music country. I am very sure that there will be specialty stores like what I experience in the capital.
