Its easy to make just dump all ingredients in the hot water if you're lazy like me I'm a lazy cook if you guys remember.
Here is the recipe
Easy Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
500g chicken (bone-in or boneless)
6 cups water or chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 potato, diced (optional)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 bay leaf (optional)
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp paprika (optional)
1 tsp soy sauce
Fresh coriander/green onions (for garnish)
1 tbsp oil (optional, for sautéing)
Well for me I didn't even sautéed anything just dump everything in hot water in a big pan and start boiling it 30 minutes to 40 minutes later its done.
