RE: What? THIRD FREE Giveaway in May? Yep!

I often see ready-made coffee powder mixes containing coffee to up to as many as 20 types of ingredients, though it is somewhat obvious that the heavy processing of the ingredients makes them lose most of their nutritional benefits !INDEED. 🤔🤯🤓

I've never been a fan of instant anything, including coffee, and yep, most drinks containing coffee are far from beneficial. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

That makes me assume that you do not (or no longer) use (instant) coffee powder for any drink !INDEED. 🤔🤯

Anyway, it also made me wonder how often you drink coffee by itself (mixed with hot water) compared to your superfood fire coffee. ☕😅

Indeed, I've never used instant coffee in anything.

I really only drink it in my superfood fire coffee, and it's interspersed through the day. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

In my experience, brewed coffee from (natural) coffee beans is still more delicious (not to mention more nutritious). 🤔🧘‍♂️☕

Looks like plain coffee does not appeal to you (anymore)! 🤔🤯😅

Absolutely, the less processed, and the more natural, is the only way to go.

I appreciate sips here and there, but I like it in my synergies more. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It seems that most people prioritize how fast/easy they get their food/drinks and how delicious they are is !INSTEAD of how nutritious (and how cost-efficient) they are !INDEED. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯 A convenience store or a fast food restaurant often earns much more from selling food than a restaurant selling fresh ("organic") meat/vegetable meals. 💸🤯 Because of that, people who want to take very good care of their health decide to live in rural places (at least in suburbs) and grow their own food. 🧘‍♂️🤓
