Sure you can delegate any time. It takes minimum of one week of delegating to be eligible for the first payment.

              We’ll you should be able to see the weekly HIVE payout APR posts, on average 15% + weekly payout in HIVE. We also pay a 20% apr in HELIOS tokens too, and that payment is daily and starts after 24 hours. So double payment APRs!
