I have learned a lot from you and you have motivated me to seek out and explore, as well as perfect my technique to offer the best dishes to my guests.
However, I love everything that is easy, quick, and simple. Why? Because that's how I got started in cooking, and I like to be an example for people like me who want to learn; to be an inspiring example of “if I could do it, so can you” 😉.
Gluten-free flours are very popular on the market because they help us digest food better and continue to enjoy delicious flavors.
Some people are reluctant to try this type of food, but I love it, and it's great that supermarkets are offering more brands and varieties every day so we can eat healthily.

Las harinas sin gluten son muy populares en el mercado porque nos ayudan a digerir mejor los alimentos, y seguir disfrutando de los sabores deliciosos. Existen personas que se vuelven reacias a probar este tipo de alimentos, pero a mí me encantan y es bueno que en los supermercados cada día existan marcas y variedades para poder comer de forma saludable.

How did I prepare them?
Well, they are very easy to prepare, as the package says:

What did I serve it with?
Well, in this sense, it's very difficult to stick to making something very healthy because pizza has flavor and color. But, for this occasion, I made it as healthy as possible and used: bell peppers, onions, ham, cheese, and pizza sauce. I chopped these ingredients into strips to place on the dough:
¿Con qué la acompañé? Bueno, en este sentido es muy difícil mantener la línea de hacer algo muy sano porque la pizza lleva sabor y color. Pero, para esta ocasión, lo hice lo más saludable posible y usé: pimentón, cebolla, jamón, queso y salsa para pizza. Estos ingredientes los piqué en tiras para colocarlos en la masa:

Delicious, crispy, and I could eat eight of them. The only thing is that I didn't put enough sauce on them and they ended up dry. On the other hand, I think I didn't put enough ingredients on them and they “disappeared” in the oven. Finally, I think the shape and edges don't have the desirable shapes like the ones in the adverts 🙃. The pizzas should be juicier and have plenty of ingredients, as well as a beautiful presentation, so I'll do better next time.
Healthy meals should not be boring or unappealing to the eye, so I was delighted with the result, because the taste and smell were on par with anything you would eat out; that's why I hope to make them more often because, believe me, they solve dinner and a weekend without much trouble.

Deliciosas, crocantes y con ganas de comerme 8 iguales. El único detalle es que no le coloqué suficiente salsa y quedaron secas; Por otro lado, creo que le coloqué pocos ingredientes y en el horno "se desaparecieron". Por último, creo que la forma y los bordes, no tienen las figuras deseables como las que salen en la publicidad 🙃. Las pizzas deben quedar más jugosas y con bastantes ingredientes, además de una hermosa presentación, así que será en una próxima oportunidad que las haga mejor. Las comidas saludables no deben ser aburridas o que no enamoren por los ojos, así que yo quedé encantada con el resultado, porque eso sí, el sabor y olor estaba le hacían competencia a cualquiera que coma por allí; por eso, espero hacerlas más seguido porque créanme que resuelven la cena y un fin de semana sin mucho problema 💯.
