Gute Entwicklung, weiter so...

Vor allem die negativen Klimmzüge sind klasse, wenn du keine ganzen schaffst. Zusätzlich zu den negativen, könntest du noch ein Band nehmen, welches du an der Klimmzugstange befestigst und dann draufstehen. Somit verringerst du das Gewicht und kannst versuchen ein paar ganze Wiederholungen zu den negativen noch zu schaffen.
