Creo que todos saben que estoy participando de esta idea genial desde sus inicios, y lo que me atrapo es la idea de dejar un mensaje en nuestra ¨blockchain¨ de #hive; un mensaje que podrán ser leído por mis descendientes de las próximas generaciones ¡ No te parece emocionante!

I think you all know that I've been participating in this great idea since the beginning, and what caught my attention was the idea of leaving a message on our #hive ¨blockchain¨; a message that can be read by my descendants in future generations. Nací en una ciudad hermosa para vivir, pero que desgraciadamente no hay muchos recursos, sobre todo para los jóvenes que están iniciando su vida, y desean progresar, para ello tienes que pensar en migrar de la ciudad. Esta fue una de las decisiones más importante que tuve que tomar aun siendo un niño prácticamente, y después de escuchar todas las recomendaciones de mis mayores emprendí el viaje a una tierra lejana que nada sabia de ella, por suerte en mi camino se cruzaron personas muy amables y me ayudaron a comprender como era la vida en esta gran ciudad

I was born in a beautiful city to live in, but unfortunately there are not many resources, especially for young people who are starting their lives and want to progress, for this you have to think about migrating from the city. This was one of the most important decisions I had to make even though I was practically a child, and after listening to all the recommendations from my elders, I set out on a journey to a faraway land that I knew nothing about. Luckily, I met some very kind people on my way and they helped me understand what life was like in this big city.

Conseguí un empleo en una compañía que era muy respetuosa con sus empleados, y al poco tiempo obtuve un ¨préstamo¨ que me dio la oportunidad de adquirir un terreno donde años más tarde construí la casa donde nacieron mis hijos. Lo cierto es que en un abrir y cerrar de ojos mis hijos crecieron y estuve frente a un dilema que lo tuve que resolver hablando con mi esposa. Alla por el año 2000-2001 el país atravesaba por un terrible ¨problema¨¨político¨, donde la inseguridad era el tema del día; con Gabriela tuvimos que decidir si queríamos segur estando en esta ciudad insegura, pero que prometía un buen ¨pasar¨¨económico¨ o regresar a mi ciudad natal dejando atrás un empleo muy bien remunerado y con mucho futuro

I got a job at a company that was very respectful of its employees, and soon after I got a "loan" that gave me the opportunity to acquire land where years later I built the house where my children were born. The truth is that in the blink of an eye my children grew up and I was faced with a dilemma that I had to resolve by talking to my wife. Back in 2000-2001 the country was going through a terrible political "problem", where insecurity was the topic of the day; Gabriela and I had to decide if we wanted to continue living in this unsafe city that promised a good economic life, or return to my hometown, leaving behind a well-paid job with a bright future.

Mis hijos estaban ingresando en la pre adolescencia, no pasaría mucho tiempo en que nos pedirían a que los llevemos a las fiestas de cumpleaños de sus amigos, o peor aún, quedarse a dormir en casa de los padres de los amigos que ni si quiéranos sabíamos cómo eran sus nombres; podrán comprender que no era una decisión fácil, tener que abandonar toda proyección de futuro para pasar a vivir en unas de la ciudades con menos recursos, pero cuando el bienestar de los hijos está de por medio uno hace siempre lo que se considera lo mejor para ellos , y así fue como con determinación y apoyo de mi esposa regresamos a mi ciudad natal. Si bien cuando me fui por primera vez de mi ciudad me prometí volver, cuando pasaron muchos años y formé una familia en la ciudad que me recibió con los brazos abiertos, regresar ya no era una opción. Solo ¨Dios¨ sabe qué hubiera pasado de haber tomado la decisión de quedarme en la ciudad que prometía prosperidad, y es muy posible que los hubiera conseguido. Las decisiones en la vida tienen estas cosas, y dependido de ellas son los caminos que tendrás que recorrer, y cada uno de ellos te llevara a situaciones distintas. Para aquellos que se preguntan, debo decir que estoy convencido que hemos tomado la mejor decisión, hoy mis hijos están grandes y cada uno de ellos formo su propia familia, con mi esposa vivimos en una ciudad hermosa y tranquila, donde la vida es como estar de vacaciones permanentemente.

My children were entering pre-adolescence, and it wouldn't be long before they would ask us to take them to their friends' birthday parties, or worse, stay overnight at the parents' houses of friends whose names we didn't even know; You can understand that it was not an easy decision, having to abandon all future plans to move to live in one of the cities with fewer resources, but when the well-being of your children is at stake, you always do what you consider best for them, and that is how, with determination and support from my wife, we returned to my hometown. Although when I left my city for the first time I promised myself to return, when many years passed and I started a family in the city that welcomed me with open arms, returning was no longer an option. Only "God" knows what would have happened if I had made the decision to stay in the city that promised prosperity, and it is very possible that I would have achieved it. Decisions in life have these things, and depending on them are the paths you will have to take, and each one of them will lead you to different situations. For those who are wondering, I must say that I am convinced that we have made the best decision, today my children are grown and each one of them started their own family, my wife and I live in a beautiful and quiet city, where life is like being on permanent vacation.
