It has been weeks I left my fellow hivers in Uyo which affected our weekly workshop for all weeks now. My joy was that, it doesn't stop them from been active on Hive. They understood that activities is the life of hive ecosystem. I always encourage them to try to make at least one post each day or in 2 days no matter how busy they are. In today's training, I made some point more clear all.
Why I should be active on hive.
This point on important of of engagement. I told them that one cannot give out what he does not have. If I'm not active on hive ,it will be impossible to encourage another person so all of us who are together in this journey must try to be active and then invite others to join us on hive.I told all the newbies that we are alive community has fail contest and post collections which will help train them to be active as they have what to do each day. I remembered when I joined hive new, it was community that help me to learn how engage and retain myself on this chain because of daily engagement collections. Again when you are active, you can bring your friends on hive.

Compounding
The third point is compounding, staking, I made it clear that, you don't need million s of dollars to do this, what you need is consistently creating wealth. I encourage everyone to save not just thinking of how to cash out. I told to buy any token of their choice with Fiat and stake, that led to me in explaining staking days I know on hive like Leo power up day, hive power up day, Alive staking day and so many of them. During the training, I mentioned micro blogging and one of them asked what it is, that was the time I explained in detail what it is and we have it on hive. #ecencywaves #peakd #inleothreads are some front end of micro blogging on Hive which helps someone to be active on hive by sharing real stories. I explained to all especially the teachers who have very busy schedule that micro blogging will help them since it doesn't require much and they will gradually learn how to create long content on hive.
Finally we agreed on day date we will have our second hive meetup and the importance shopping with HBD. I still don't understand how someone who is a hiver in a place with listed businesses is still shop with naira . I have to emphasize again the need for them to shop with h d as it is the life of the project from there I pointed out to all the features that has been added to the app even the new onboarding system. This is another big system on n existing system. All we need is to leverage on it and succeed with others.
Finally, training promote growth in everything and hive blockchain is not different.
