As we do always, today we had training on hive and spendhbd, the more we recruite newbies, they is need for training so that we can retain them on hive. Today instead of workshop,we did training on hive, why we should shop with HBD regularly.
I was the first speaker, I started by motivating everyone , life is so though and everyone need encouragement and a push. I started by welcoming everyone and appreciating their efforts in attending workshop, training and inviting new members all the time. I made it known to them that hive welcomes all profession and all every value one can bring to hive. I also explain why all those with skills should make hive blockchain a second home. I also thought them how to sign up new ones which @angelaeffiong practiced immediately signing up her gist immediately. After recap of what I thought them, I invited the second speaker to explain why shopping with HBD always is the real thing.
She started by doing a motivating calculation of shopping in a week with 24k and the cash back on different percentage. That calculation opened everyone eye to see the cash back reward, it was an eye opener t those who fee tired going out shop. She helped everyone to know that shopping with HBD means supporting the initiative. All the newbies was eager to know how they can shop and where to shop. I explained to them that it is simple, just convert your naira to HBD, boom, you are good to go. I took them to baba0collect foodstuffs so that they will know the shop and can buy too. So many of them practiced immediately. @ssukwo said to e after shopping with HBD, madam, is God that directed you to us. You know aside from making money, I have seen the need to bring people to Hive.

Baba0collect was so happy when he saw us, infact yam of 5k ,he sold to us at a reduced price to show his appreciation knowing that he has more new customers. Another newbie said to me, now I have where to shop. Some of them too went to Judel supermarket too. It was really an amazing experience for everyone who were present.
This training has motivated all of us to put in more effort in promoting Hive. Right now, all who attended have seen the reason to arrange for outdoor workshop. I made it clear that, schools, churches, organization, business partners, where ever people are, that is where we will go so workshop is the best way to go.
