Hello everyone, it has been 2 days of working offline and online to register newbies and to assist them. Hope you all are having good time on Hive. We keep showing up each day to grow our community. Read along as I share with us my 2 days activities to bring in newbies on hive.
Benefit of spendhbd workshop
To run weekly workshop on Hive and spendhbd requires time, effort and kindness. Since We started running weekly workshop in Uyo, I have seen great changes on Uyo hivers. Their consistency and ready to write is contagious. As a guide, a mentor, it requires great effort to teach by example. I can't teach them to be consistent when I'm not so I must be up and doing.
Two days ago when unkleb4life called me that he want to learn how to shop with HBD and also experience it. He also added , madam, I don't have HBD. I told him to come let's go to Judel supermarket so that he chose something for 1 HBD. I gifted him that bit unfortunately, their was no bread for 1 HBD so I gifted him another o.4 HBD to complete the transaction. He was so happy to have this spendhbd and earn. He felt it and feel the joy of claiming reward from distriator app.
You can see the contagious smile on his face. He also had some of his friends who wanted to register on hive. I helped him register 3 people and he guided them just like I did for him to write introduction post. He really tried but some of them made mistakes on pictures and tag. I have training group which I have asked them to always drop their link for engagement and corrections too. l quickly read and found out some mistakes and immediately, help them correct it. It has been from one question to another. Questions like👇

The list is much, I gave them some link to read so that they explore better on Hive. Some of this newbies are @sylvestri-jnr @brightdaniella @adeekan @misun and more. I stopped registering new ones since yesterday so that I can mentor this once very well. Workshop is really a good tool in marketing.
It requires a lot of effort to give people attention even when you tired after workshop but you have to because their curiosity to explore hive is much. I love the way Hive was designed and organized. Community by community, this is making it more easier for one to find out community where he can join activities base on his choice or field. Right now, I have one that I have giving assignments to read what is going on holozing community because he love art so much. He is also reading about spinal and community. This has set hive aside as an outstanding blockchain on web3.
This kind of training is found only on Hive not on any other social media platforms. We have what the world need, let's not slow back in sharing with others. I am happy always to assist because I was assisted during my time. Hope to share more of my hive and spendhbd activities with you soon .
