Training is what makes an ordinary person to become an extra ordinary person. Without regular training and meetup, the fire, consistency on hive may go down so every week I make out time to have training with my fellow hivers.
Our yesterday training focused on helping our our newbies to know how to sign up new person on their own. Power of duplication. Teaching them to make another post after writing introduction post. Helping them to explore communities to find out other things they can write on hive. Again they should know that consistency is what grows community.
We have not had Uyo hive meet up since we started. We have been joining Aba for hive meetup for past 2 months so we are planning to start Uyo hive meetup so that many can attend. Transportation to Aba now is getting so hi that one will spend almost 10k to attend. In that case, we discussed venue, refreshment and T-shirt for the event. It was really a huge time with all who were present.
Workshop at Judel supermarket
During the workshop, @ogechukwu got a new person who wanted to sign up and I assisted in creating the new account using distriator app.
Customers are busy getting what they want while some want to know more about hive. I got 3 new persons who are ready to sign up which I will do tomorrow and assist them to write on hive and also shop with HBD.
After that, everyone went into shopping, Judel himself was happy as in just an hour, we shop things worth 38.6 HBD.

It's action time.
We are out for work, onboarding new users is what will make this project more impactful as it is to better people's life. For example, even if we onboard 1,000 new hivers today to shop from Judel supermarket, they will see what they need because this people are really on business. 4 days ago, they brought in goods I shock with what I saw. That tourched me so deeply that I said, more work is needed in this promotion . I and Uyo team have to wake up and invite people to hi e and keep on training them.
In summary, our workshop was successful, one new user was added, 3 will be added soon, shoptoearn ministry os going on each day. We hope for that day where our ho e meetup will be in a big hall.
