- How to join community contest.
I explained the need to read the contest so many times to understand the rules which may include,the right tag to use, how many words needed to cover for the post to be counted. Writing the contest in the community that gave the contest. Share it on inleo threads if the contest demands that.
As a hiver, joining community contest is one way to help community to grow and as a newbie, it helps you to have what to write than thinking, what will you write. Contest also help one to be original, using your own picture. Contest comes with rewards. I also explained to all to join this contest that is began yesterday hivearoundthe world this seven days contest has give you what to write in a week, read and understand it. They were happy to hear that.
- Hive/spendhbd promotion
I also talked about hive/spendhbd promotion as something one can do wherever he is,online or offline. One of them asked how he will make post about someone who is not in the same state with him. I explained to him that it is possible to make the post by including chat, voice recording during the training. He felt good hearing that because he thought it must be physical training al through.
onboarding new users
Last week came with lots of new registration, over 8 person's joined the team, many have written introduction post while others are preparing. Among those who wrote their introduction post is happiahjoseph though busy, she love teaching others, I tell you she is so creative and willing to share it and learn on Hive.
More promotional arrangements
It is real good to love what you are doing and promote it with passion. I love hive and each time I hear hi, before be, I'm in. I met someone who is like that here on hive. He is a very busy person who is promoting Hive with something more than passion. @alive4christ added me on his hive promotion group to help him train over 80 people. We are working together now to help this person's to understand hive and remain on Hive.
Why are we so passionate about Hive?
Over 210 million people are unemployed in 2023 statistics the whole world and in Nigeria alone in 2023 , over 2.3 million are unemployed. Is this what we will sit down and watch government to do when Hive community is doing something some government cannot do. Go on X and see how Hive united 2 kings from 2 different communities in Ghana who have not been in good terms for years.
You can also see what hive is doing in Nigeria through spendhbd, is that what we will sit down and watch graduates to sit in house and eat, mama thank you or commit suicide because of unemployment. Not when hi e is still Alive. We want to work hard and make sure all state in Nigeria is promoting Hive/ spendhbd with a good heart. This requires good training so that,there will be more hands to train others.
I'm conclusion, onboarding is good, mentoring newbies and training them is the best. Don't leave them especially in their confused state , that is, their early stay on hive.
