Hive/SpendHBD First Uyo Meetup Is Done And Dusted

The meeting was called, mission unveiled, brainstorming took place and ideas were looked into, the date was picked and the countdown time starts ticking....

Hive blockchain awereness is gaining momentum in Nigeria and #spendhbd shop and earn a cashback of 20% - 40% is making wave in Uyo. Guiders and trainers are busy onboarding newbies who in turn further champion the course of spendHBD.

Now there is need to come together to get to know ourselves, share ideas, wine and unwine with the intention of motivating ourselves to do more.

Dr's Mess - Udoudoma Avenue, opposite Tropicana is the venue, and by 4.30pm venue is already agok with the presence of Hive/SpendHBD white T-shirt.

The Meetup commences some minutes to 5pm and @ijelady took the center stage and welcome all hivians present with an introduction of individuals. Then she gave a brief overview of why we are here and spoke largely on the advantages embedded on #Hive. She unveiled how spendhbd project have touch and change lives and the need for us all to join hands in working towards the community's vision.

Then @chydolar1 present how to join community's contest, what to do so as to have engagement on the platform throughout the week as well as advising the newbies to always asked questions on how to go about their activities on Hive Blockchain.

Thereafter, @oasiskp2 present on how to create quality post, he also emphasized the need to choose eye caching topics as well as using the right tags for the right community.

Questions were asked by the newbies and answers were provided. Newbies were help to join community's and shown how to do tasks proper.

Thereafter it was time for merriment, we eat, drank, exchange numbers with those you are seeing for the first time, took pictures and in general enjoy ourselves.

Finally when it was time to partway, it appears as if the day should not come to a close. But whatever have a beginning will surely have an end. The Meetup was brought to an end with the hope of meeting again in the near future. Done and dusted!!
