Onboarding A Newbie || Training And Mentoring
I was contacted by @bela91 to come a give them trainings on some aspect in the post creation and also signing up a newbie, but my health does not allow me to make it that last week since I was down with typhoid and malaria. So I promise them to make it this week once am able to move out.
The location is @rosenurse's office, and the three of them are awaiting my arrival, when they called I promise them I will show up.
I embark on the journey from Ikot Ekwere Itam to 2-lane by Oron road and finally locate the office. I was properly welcome by the three and without wasting much time I started with the Onboarding process. I asked her to download the Keychain app into her phone while I initiate the @distriator's app and register her with the username @rosenurse.
While I was doing this, I was also using the opportunity to train @bela91 and @edyben on the signing up process of a new user which they really appreciate.
After finishing with the onboarding I then trained them on creating post using the Ecency Front-End, the types of tags to use in the spendHBD community, the quality of pictures as well as steps to shop for any item with the approve and registered business and then how to claim cashback.
The whole exercise was a bunch of success and they all were happy. Finally I was escorted to the bus stop to board a cab that took me back home.
I feel fulfilled that I have been able to render the needed training and onboarding of a newbie to the Hive blockchain.
Looking forward to providing them with more training.
