After many hours of travel, I’ve finally arrived in Kuala Lumpur!
The journey was long: 17 hours of flights, a few layovers, and then another hour navigating the infamous KL traffic from the airport to the hotel. Between customs, waiting for luggage, and endless streams of cars, I can honestly say that the hardest part of the trip is behind me. But now that I’ve arrived, fatigue is quickly being replaced by excitement.
There’s something truly special about being back in Asia. The moment I stepped outside, I was hit by that familiar warm air filled with typical asian scents and street food aromas. The rhythm of the city feels alive, with vibrant streets and the sounds of scooters that make Asia so energizing. It’s amazing how instantly those sensations awaken memories from past travels.

The hotel turned out to be even better than I expected — modern, cozy, and with just the right mix of comfort and calm after such a long trip. A shower and a good tea later, and I already feel like myself again.

Now comes the best part: waiting for friends and fellow Hivers to arrive and kick off with the pre-HiveFest. Time to recharge, explore a bit, and get ready for the days ahead.
Let’s make this HiveFest another one to remember!
