It reminded me of a student I have this year in first grade who has been crying all week because he doesn't want to be at school and wants to go with his mom.It doesn't matter that I tell him I'm not going to call his mom even if he cries, because he needs to get used to school, and I tell her he shouldn't miss school to get used to it.
