I’m gradually learning how to listen to my body and as someone who is always hard on myself,it’s a little difficult.
I used to find it incredibly hard too. I made a lot of progress through letting myself do baby steps. That is, a tiny little bit of progress each time. That was built up to incredible levels of compassion for myself over the years. But it all happened one tiny decision (to be a tiny bit kinder to myself) at a time.
This felt like one of those very cool movies. It really was fun.
