Our February is the dead of winter. Although we have a few surprise days here and there that like to pretend it's spring, they are followed again my frosty cold.
It sounds like you are doing some fine soul soothing things to adjust to your recent goodbyes. I know that has to be hard on the emotions.

Our hot summer also gives us a surprise with a cool day or two, but then hits us again, the humidity makes it feel even hotter! We can't wait for autumn, even our winters are mild, with sunny days and cool nights.
It has been bittersweet saying goodbye, things aren't looking good here in SA with the corruption at government level causing basic services to fail, it's having a ripple effect, especially the electricity problem which is affecting businesses big time!
