Greetings 🙏 my dear Hiveans and members of this wonderful community.
Irrespective of caste and creed, Diwali which is also called as festival of lights, is being celebrated all over India and among Indians abroad.

Diwali sweets

The festival is being celebrated by rejoocing with their loved ones, by bursting crackers especially with friends and family members, by sharing variety of sweets and most of all the togetherness that brings in happiness among the young and old.
I too had the privilege to experience such happiness, but just for 3 days. A short travel by train, to my daughter's place, as it was a continuous three day holiday for all educational institutions and offices. It was a 4 hr. Journey in train and the train was fully packed. Probably like me even, they were travelling to meet their dear ones.

Fore crackers in air

The fire crackers in full swing

Once home, after dinner, we moved on to the balcony. It was nice watching the crackers burst, in different colours and forms, at the neighbourhood. It was easily visible from my daughter's balcony. We could hear roars of happiness , across the households, in the form of shouts.

The pool which is always occupied with elders and children was now empty and quiet

The next day we walked towards the pool, below her Apartment, and had a wonderful time sitting beside the pool which was amidst her building. I never knew how the time was spent. When enquired why so much silence beside the pool, I was told by my daughter, almost all families left for joining their family, for Diwali celebration.
After spending sometime near the peaceful pool, we decided to make a move towards the flat. The fire crackers could be heard from a very long distance. Later, in the evening, we got to know that fire works were carried on in the beach and the display was so exceptional.

Secret of taste in every bite - this was the caption in the small momo shop and how perfect the caption was, after tasting the momos*

In the night, we decided to move out to a nearby supermarket. On reaching, we happen to see a small shop close by, that was a momos shop and my daughter claimed it to be one of the best. Though small, it was one of the best.

In the parking lot, the cars were parked in a row, to make it easy for pedestrians to pass by. Before entering the supermarket my daughter suggested we try some momos.

Here comes the hot momos
And here we go, in no time we placed an order, for a plate of momos. As it was just a one man show, we had to wait for 15 minutes and finally our hot momos arrived. We ate it in the open air, and that was definitely a plesant vibe.
Some happiness just comes in spontaneously, leaving a remarkable memory thereafter. That was what I experienced when I returned back last night, with loads of memories in those three days.
All these photos were captured in my three day journey, with my Samsung mobile. The sweet packets was captured by my son, while he received the same in his office.
Thankyou dear friends, for your most patiemt visit to my blog 🙏 .
