The satisfaction of seeing different bird species arrive [Esp/Eng].

How are those of you who visit this wonderful "Feathered Friends Community" weekly to join our friend @nelinoeva in her splendid initiative "Show-Me-A-Photo-Contest"? This is one of those challenges I love to participate in because it gives me the opportunity to share photos of the beautiful species that visit our garden during the week with fellow bird enthusiasts.

Although these birds are native to this part of the world, they are among those species birds that don't visit us as often as we'd like; their behavior is more that of birds that come and go, and if we're lucky enough to be in the garden when they arrive, that's when we can have a photo session.

¨Spinus¨-¨magellanicus¨:

These "specimens": have a similar behavior to the previous bird, although these are perhaps seen less evenly than the "head-heading" ones "Black." These are birds that perch high in the branches to catch their lunch. Remember that, like the previous ones, they are the type of birds that feed on flying insects. If you're one of those people who follow my posts, you'll surely remember that last week I introduced you to this species of bird, but in its young male form; the difference with these is their more faded color.

Of the birds we saw this week, these are the most consistent; that is, these birds tend to spend a large part of the day in the branches of the paradise tree. I couldn't say for sure that they nest in these trees, but given their large presence, it's not unreasonable to think that their nests are nearby.

When we acquired our¨Nikon¨-¨Coolpix¨-¨B500¨ :  we knew that they are devices that work very Well, but the truth is I didn't know they were great for photographing birds. What a pleasure it is to be able to dedicate time to birdwatching; beautiful species that we weren't used to seeing visit us every time.

Hello, dear friend @litguru. Good day.

This is a truly beautiful bird; the combination of colors in its feathers and the mask makes it look gorgeous.
