Saludos y bendiciones, mi gente bella de @family-friends, espero estén disfrutando de fin de semana. Por aquí todo bien, gracias a Dios en la celebración del cumpleaños de mi hermana comiendo rico.
Lo que me hace recordar que hace varios domingos, cuando se celebró el Día del Padre, en casa de mami, estuvimos compartiendo todos juntos en familia y preparando una comida muy rica y que nos gusta mucho.
Como lo es la parrilla, donde se ponen a cocinar varios tipos de carnes al carbón, aunque esta preparación es un poco ajetreada para mi gusto, mi hermano y mi esposo lo hacen con placer.
Mientras van picando las carnes y las van cocinando, van conversando y echándose unos tragos de licor para amenizar la noche junto a una música que nos invita a bailar.
Por cierto, ese día en que la vecina de al lado había un cumpleaños en el que también disfrutamos un rato, conversamos, compartiendo con amigos.
Los más ansiosos porque estuviera lista la parrilla eran los niños. Pero había que esperar a que se cocinara todo para poder hacer la repartición, je, je, je. Lo malo es que en la espera la comida se enfría, eso es lo que no me gusta de este plato tan suculento y especial para nuestra familia, algo que nos hace recordar mucho a mi papá, el rey de las parrillas.
Alas estar listas, todos comimos y disfrutamos de este domingo en el que homenajeamos a los padres. El papá de los Helados, mi esposo, je, je, je. Salió fino, porque al mediodía también comimos delicioso en un lindo restaurante, no se puede quejar.

Which reminds me that several Sundays ago, when we celebrated Father's Day at my mom's house, we were all together as a family, preparing a delicious meal that we all love.
Like the grill, where they cook various types of meat over charcoal. Although this preparation is a little too busy for my taste, my brother and my husband do it with pleasure.
While they chop the meat and cook it, they chat and have a few drinks to liven up the evening, accompanied by music that invites us to dance.
By the way, that day, our neighbor next door was having a birthday party, which we also enjoyed for a while, chatting and sharing with friends.
The children were the most eager for the grill to be ready. But we had to wait for everything to cook before we could serve it, heh heh heh. The downside is that the food gets cold while we wait, which is what I don't like about this dish that is so delicious and special to our family, something that reminds us so much of my dad, the king of the grill.
When it was ready, we all ate and enjoyed this Sunday when we honored fathers. The father of Helados, my husband, hehehe. It turned out great, because at noon we also had a delicious meal at a nice restaurant, so we can't complain.
