Con la noticia de mi reciente adquisición, es que Dios me permitió establecer mi nuevo hogar, solo que como es de saber, uno tiene que personalizar los ambientes a nuestro gusto, asi como tambien hacer arreglos fundamentales previos a la mudanza, las cuales de seguro estare reseñando en mi blog de Hive y en la comunidad de Home Solutions.

Cuando vi por primera vez el apartamento, pude ver una filtracion en la pared que levanto la pintura, asi que sabia que tendria que hacer una reparación importante en el sistema de tuberias de aguas blancas y las manillas de la regadera. A simple vista parecía un ajuste menor, pero al intentar intervenir, descubrimos una humedad persistente en la pared trasera. Fue necesario romper parte del revestimiento para inspeccionar a fondo, y allí pudimos ver que la tubería que sostenía las manillas estaba completamente deteriorada, con múltiples huecos por el deterioro, tiempo y la corrosión.

Aunque llegamos muy temprano, habia que esperar el horario de trabajo, ya que el edificio tiene un condominio, el cual se rige por normas, las cuales me pasaron con anticipación, asi como otras indicaciones, las cuales cumpliré para mantener la armonia con mis nuevos vecinos.

Al entrar al apartamento lo primero que paso es por la cocina, pero es cerrada y la verdad me gusta el concepto abierto, además que tengo muchos sillones altos pues siempre hemos tenidos mesones, por lo que aprovecharía hacer esa otra mejora.

Mientras rompimos una ventana, recibimos la recomendación de mi cuñado de llevarlo hasta arriba pues ya nada sostenía ese pedazo de pared y debíamos algun incidente frente a un sismo.

Pero al romper lo que nos quedaba de pared nos dimos cuenta que habia un tubo en la mitad, quedando atravesado, eso en el primer momento me preocupo, pero me indicaron que con algunos codos se lleva la tuberia a la parte superior.

El meson es algo que me alegra mucho tener en mi nuevo hogar, ademas me gusto la propuesta de tenerlo en dos niveles, pues tengo unos sillones que se adaptan al tamaño del meson y de la persona que los usa.

Luego de comprar una larga lista de materiales, que me trajo un amigo pues eran muchos y muy pesado para llevarlos en mi carro.

Ver con satisfacción como voy viendo pequeños avances en la adecuacion de los ambientes en mi nuevo hogar.

Fui a escoger un oar de lamina 60x120 y consulte con mi familia cual era la de su gusto, porque la verdad se me hace dificil escoger solita, pero con tanto gusto pudimos coincidir en que la ultima fue la escogida.

Aun deben dejarse los mesones secar un poco mas, pero vi la lamina puesta y se ve hermosa.

Ya pronto podre mostrar el apartamento terminado, aunque hacen faltan otros arreglos, los cuales espero poder compartir con todos a traves de Home Solutions.

When I first saw the flat, I noticed a leak in the wall that was lifting the paint, so I knew I would have to make a major repair to the white water pipe system and the shower handles. At first glance, it seemed like a minor adjustment, but when we tried to fix it, we discovered persistent moisture in the back wall. It was necessary to break part of the cladding to inspect it thoroughly, and there we could see that the pipe supporting the handles was completely deteriorated, with multiple holes due to deterioration, age and corrosion.

Although we arrived very early, we had to wait for working hours, as the building has a condominium, which is governed by rules, which were given to me in advance, as well as other instructions, which I will comply with to maintain harmony with my new neighbours.

When entering the flat, the first thing I pass is the kitchen, but it is closed off and I really like the open concept. I also have many high chairs because we have always had counters, so I would take advantage of that to make another improvement.

While we were breaking a window, my brother-in-law recommended that we take it upstairs, as nothing was holding up that piece of wall and we were bound to have an incident in the event of an earthquake.

I am very happy to have the table in my new home, and I also liked the idea of having it on two levels, as I have some armchairs that fit the size of the table and the person using them.

After purchasing a long list of materials, which a friend brought me because there were so many and they were too heavy to carry in my car.

I am pleased to see small improvements in the adaptation of the rooms in my new home.

I went to choose a 60x120 laminate and asked my family which one they liked best, because I find it difficult to choose on my own, but we all agreed on the last one.

The benches still need to dry a little more, but I saw the laminate in place and it looks beautiful.
