Quiero contarle que al mudarme, aun estando emocionada y definitivamente agotada, me encontre con una serie de situaciones dificiles de manejar en mi nuevo hogar, asi que quiero contando una historia con respecto a la gota del aire acondicionado que afecta a la vecina de abajo.

Al mudarme, mi tecnico de confianza arreglo los aires acondicionado, les hizo mantenimiento y de esta manera pudimos iniciar un nuevo tiempo de vida, no fue facil, mas aun sabiendo que debo mudarme nuevamente, pero definitivamente uno busca vivir en paz, sin embargo al llegar la primera situación fue que me cambiaron el puesto de estacionamiento de manera verbal, lo cual no me pareció ningún problema y como era la nueva decidí aceptarlo, pero no sabia las consecuencia.

Desde el dia uno, a las siete de la mañana, una vecina me toco la puerta, y me dijo muy amablemente que la gota de mi aire la afectaba, asi que pense en solucionar ese tema rápido por dos razones: no quiero ser la nueva problematica y dos, se que puede llegar a ser una tortura ese tema del sonido de la gota toda la noche.

Lo primero que se hizo fue arreglar el embudo que ya existía y le colocamos una manguera mas larga, pero eso no le fue suficiente a la vecina y me martirizaba con visitas inesperadas y muchos mensajes al privado.

Asi que pense esa noche, en lo que pudiera vivir mi vecina y comore un embudo muchísimos mas grande y no encendí el aire esa noche, a la mañana siguiente lo instalamos y por un tiempo no oí quejas alguna de la gota, ademas que pude notar que se habia dañado el protector y estaba haciendo un corto, es por ello que por ser buena vecina me salve de una situacion peor, porque como les iba contando mi intencion es solucionar.

Pero en conversaciones con la propietaria del apartamento, me dijo que le contara como habia solucionado lo del puesto de estacionamiento asi que le dijo lo del cambio de puesto, a lo cual ella me contesto que estaba estacionando mi carro en la tapa del tanque de agua y que por tanto no era seguro, que pidiera nuevamente el puesto.

Al enterarme de tal situacion, de inmediato solicite mi puesto a la vecina pero ella se molesto, pero accedió, posteriormente me llamo con mucha insistencia para pedirme que arregle lo de la gota del aire, situacion que pensé se habia regularizado, pero al parecer lo iban a tomar como venganza.

A pesar que ella me queria imponer que no usara mas el aire, fue determinante en decirle que el fin de semana solucionarïa pero que no iba a dejar de usar mi aire, fue determinante porque senti que era una excusa para fastidiar, sin embargo, para no molestar decidí dormir el fin de semana donde mi hermana.

Primero se tomaron las medidas y luego se mando hacer una bandeja completa con un desagüe, cuando estuvo lista empezamos a instalarla, yo estaba mas feliz que la misma vecina, ya que este arreglo en el hogar no solo la beneficia a ella sino a mi tambien, porque la paz no tiene precio.

Le colocamos un tubo mas largo, que garantizaría que la gota este lejos de los aires, ademas que las fuertes brisas hacen que la gota se mueva, pero definitivamente esta vez seria la ultima queja de mi vecina, aunque yo la entiendo, y por ende busque manera de solucionar.

Fueron dos embudos, varias visitas del tecnico y una bandeja a la medida, necesarias para solucionar una gota de agua y todo lo que se gasto es solo inversion necesaria para vivir en paz con los otros vecinos.

Ahora mi familia y yo somos felices.
