Continuamos con la remodelacion de mi nuevo hogar, solo afinando detalles fundamentales previo a la mudanza, porque como sabemos todo esta muy costoso, pero son gastos que no puedo omitir porque simplemente es importante, es por ello que quiero contarles aqui en home Solutions.
Colocar un oar de alcallatas para guindar chimchorros es importante para una apureña como yo, pues disfruto muchas tradiciones del llano en la comodidad de mi casa, ademas si viene una visita especial puedo simplemente implementar una posada rapida por ser algo inesperado.
Para hacer la mezcla para ir tapando esos huecos hechos en las paredes, en varias ocasiones fui a comprar arena cernida, me mostraron dos tipos lavada y cernida, sus diferencias y beneficios, esos detalles se agradecen porque aclaran dudas y nos enseñan tips basicos importantes en el area de construccion.
La pared que tenia la filtracion ya le estan pasando la pasta profesional y se ve diferente, menos tosco lo cual de seguro tendrá mas tratamiento cuando toque poner un par de manos de pintura, el cual creo que es prioritario en los planes de renovación.
La electricidad dos veinte, era fundamental, primero el cajetin y los brekets eran solo cuatro y no podia poner toda la carga electrica solo un solo brekets doble debía ampliar la caja, asi como cambiar el unico pedazo de cable que pusieron que estaba quebrado y se notaba el deterioro, ademas que estaba por fuera, asi que pedi que hicieramos una instalación interna en las paredes para que se viera mejor.
Se hicieron caminos por toda la casa para poder pasar la tuberia electrica y luego meter los cables, asi que me tocó comprar materiales suficientes para que lleguen hasta el ultimo cuarto pues si pretendo poner aires acondicionados debo contar con ello.
Al principio se veia acabada la casa pero es necesario porque debemos implementar estancias adecuadas y hasta una cocina con dos hornillas electricas, para cuando no haya gas, porque sabemos las variaciones y multiples situaciones que debemos preveer en nuestro hogar.
Al parecer ahorro algunos tubos y materiales, porque hizo un cambio en el trayecto y altura, espero ir avanzando rapido en la remodelación, ya tenemos la cocina y el cableado,
No dejo de ir a diario para estar pendiente de los avances, pero si bien es cierto, que entre las compras de materiales, el trabajo en el bufete y la supervision de la obra, me vi afectada de salud en el area respiratoria, es que entre el polvillo, las lluvias y el estres, pero no se me va la satisfaccion de que pronto me mudare a mi nuevo hogar.
Mientras tanto cada vez que al apartamento me llevo una silla, un sillon, un mueble, algo para ir apresurando esa mudanza o al menos facilitarla un poco.
Espero terminar otro proyecto grande que es la ampliacion y nueva distribución del baño de visita, para iniciar con los detalles pequeños por espacios, entre ellos lamparas, griferías, puertas, closet y el ultimo pero no menos importante es la instalacion de los aires acondicionados que sera tres o cuatros, depende de la parte financiera que tendre que organizar para rendir de la mejor manera.

At first, the house looked finished, but it is necessary because we must install adequate rooms and even a kitchen with two electric hobs, for when there is no gas, because we know the variations and multiple situations that we must anticipate in our home.
It seems I saved some pipes and materials because I made a change in the route and height. I hope to make quick progress on the renovation. We already have the kitchen and the wiring.

I go there every day to keep an eye on the progress, but it's true that between buying materials, working at the law firm and supervising the construction, my respiratory health has been affected by the dust, rain and stress. However, I can't help feeling satisfied that I will soon be moving into my new home.
In the meantime, every time I go to the flat, I take a chair, an armchair, a piece of furniture, something to speed up the move or at least make it a little easier.
I hope to finish another big project, which is the expansion and new layout of the guest bathroom, to start with the small details for each space, including lamps, taps, doors, closet, and last but not least, the installation of air conditioners, which will be three or four, depending on the finances I will have to organise to make the most of it.
