Greetings!
Atimes, it's good to look back and take note of our past actions just to check out where we have got it right and also where we have got it right.
However, to dwell in the past is not something that I think is good and this is because it can be a great distraction to our focus for the future.
Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt in the Hive Students Connect which is all about, “Five years back.”
Looking at the my five years back, I would say a lot has really happened both good amd bad and also there's actions of mine that has really brought about regrets and this and many more I will be discussing with us here.
One of my actions that has brought about this kind of a regret which I wouldn't want to remember again in my life in the last five years of my life is that of a friend of mine that came to me for partnership.
When this guy, Ayo, who happened to be a friend of mine back in our university days came to me for a partnership business in pig farming, I was at first reluctant, but later when he kept on disturbing me, I changed my mind and decided to venture into the business with him.
In the first 3 months of our partnership, everything went well, but later, everything changed and this guy started misbehaving and on a particular day, after I have been away on an assignment, I called this guy to ask him of how things were going, but he didn't pick my calls and after I was done with the assignment, I went back home and on getting home, I went to the farm where everywhere was empty and it's at that point that I was told he has sold everything and had travelled out of town.
All my attempt to get across to him were to no avail. This really pained me and it's at that point that I knew all was not well.
I lost out all my investment and I regretted to have accepted his offer and is there anything I wish to do right now, then that would be me not accepting his offer.
