Mis queridos amigos del cuidado de la piel, les saludo esperando que todo esté muy bien en sus vidas.
De verdad que mi cuerpo, como que la tiene agarrada conmigo; pero, siendo el único que tengo, tengo que reconciliarme con él y buscar las maneras que se encuentre bien para yo poder funcionar correctamente, así que ¡Manos a la obra!
Mi cuero cabelludo siempre ha estado sometido a grandes desafíos; confieso que lo he maltratado tanto, que siento que ha sido generoso conmigo al mantenerme una cabellera abundante y larga.
Sin embargo, me pica mucho. Desde siempre ha sido así; mi madre siempre dice que "lo heredaste de tu padre" como si estuviese heredando una hacienda 🙃. Ciertamente, recuerdo que a mi padre le salían grandes porciones de caspa en su cabeza, lo que él decía producto del estrés. En una oportunidad le regalaron un champú importado que lo ayudó, pero al acabarse, la seborrea volvió. Mi caspa en el cabello se parece a las de él, pero no sé si eso se hereda o no.
En una ocasión, estando en la uni, me cayó piojos. Recuerdo que una chica se me acercó y me lo dijo y en el momento tomé acción, por lo que no he tenido ese problema, pero siempre estoy pendiente de que mi cabello pueda tener eso.
Por último, el año pasado que estuve en visita con la dermatóloga, le comenté este problema y me envió un tratamiento que estaba como obsoleto porque no lo conseguí por acá, así que lo dejé pasar y los meses han seguido igual.
En días anteriores, viendo mi red social Instagram, me apareció un reel enfocado en algunos tratamientos que se conseguían en mi tienda de conveniencia favorita (y de muchas) Farmatodo, por lo que tomé acción y me fui a buscar esas soluciones milagrosas para mi cabello.

It has always been that way; my mother always says that “you inherited it from your father” as if I were inheriting a fortune. I certainly remember that my father had large patches of dandruff on his head, which he said was a result of stress. Once, he was given an imported shampoo that helped, but when it ran out, the seborrhea returned. My dandruff is similar to his, but I don't know if that's hereditary or not.
Once, when I was in college, I got lice. I remember a girl came up to me and told me, and I took action right away, so I haven't had that problem since, but I'm always on the lookout for it in my hair. Finally, last year when I was visiting the dermatologist, I mentioned this problem to her, and she sent me a treatment that was kind of obsolete because I couldn't find it here, so I let it go, and the months have gone by with no change. A few days ago, while browsing my Instagram feed, I came across a reel focusing on some treatments available at my favorite convenience store (and many others), Farmatodo, so I took action and went to look for those miracle solutions for my hair.
Entrando a la tienda, se me dificultó conseguirlos entre tantas marcas reconocidas y de champú normales. Al tenerlos en mis manos, me di cuenta de que eran muy costosos, jamás imaginé que fueran tan inalcanzables para mí:

Los champús recomendados son de la marca BIOS y Kapew.
El de marca Bios es el más mencionado y popular por sus efectos curativos en el cuero cabelludo. Recomendado por todas las que escribían allí.
El otro, marca Kapew, es un champú anticaspa y sin sal que está muy de moda en estos días, pero también se tenía que comprar el tónico capilar y como decía uso profesional, por lo que tampoco me decidí por esta presentación.
No sé si tomé una buena decisión, pero me fui a la parte tradicional:

Estuve a punto de comprarla, pero me fijé que al lado estaba un champú oficial de la marca Farmatodo, y sus productos han salido muy buenos y eficientes. También me decidí por este porque cuenta con acondicionador también, y eso últimamente es importante para mí, ya que mi cabello está sufriendo de friz y descontrol. Sí, todo un problema se ha vuelto mi cabellera 😞.
The Head&Shoulders brand is very well known in my country; they currently have an “anti-itch” product that does exactly what I'm looking for: to get my hands off my head, which is already causing me aesthetic discomfort. I was about to buy it, but then I noticed that next to it was an official shampoo from the Farmatodo brand, and their products have proven to be very good and effective. I also decided on this one because it comes with conditioner, which is important to me lately, as my hair is suffering from frizz and unruliness. Yes, my hair has become quite a problem 😞.
De igual forma, por aquella mala experiencia que tuve ya de adulta al tener esos insectos en mi cabeza, también me compré un champú especial para eliminar piojos y liendres.
Me lo apliqué y gracias a Dios no tengo eso en mi cabeza, no hay de qué preocuparse. Mi problema de comezón se debe a la caspa solamente.
Hablando con una amiga peluquera, me comentó que las canas también causan picazón en el cuero cabelludo, pero igual no me quiero descuidar. Teniendo una superficie limpia, mi cabello estará más fuerte y sano 😊.
Por ahora, el tratamiento anticaspa lo estoy usando dos veces por semana y el champú Avispa, cada 15 días.
¿Cómo me fue? Algo de calma, pero no completa, igual, lo sigo intentando; teniendo en la mira también, reunir el dinero y comprar el champú Bios a ver si es tan efectivo como dicen 😉.
Creo que el problema radica, ahora leyendo con detalles, es que el champú Farmatodo dice CONTROL DE LA CASPA, y no ELIMINARLA. Creo que fallé en la compra y debo volver por uno que verdaderamente elimine la caspa.
Similarly, because of that bad experience I had as an adult with those insects in my hair, I also bought a special shampoo to eliminate lice and nits. I applied it and, thank God, I don't have that in my hair, so there's nothing to worry about. My itching problem is due to dandruff alone. Talking to a hairdresser friend, she told me that gray hair also causes itching on the scalp, but I still don't want to neglect it. With a clean surface, my hair will be stronger and healthier 😊.
For now, I'm using the anti-dandruff treatment twice a week and the Avispa shampoo every 15 days. How did it go? Some relief, but not complete. Still, I'm keeping at it. I'm also planning to save up and buy the Bios shampoo to see if it's as effective as they say 😉. I think the problem, now that I'm reading the details, is that the Farmatodo shampoo says DANDRUFF CONTROL, not ELIMINATE. I think I made a mistake when I bought it and I should go back and get one that really eliminates dandruff.
