Imagine that a Hive Whale decides to put some of its tokens into buying huge amounts of most of the #HiveEngine tokens such that it becomes the Top 1 holder (including or excluding the null "account", depending on how much of a token is issued and/or in circulation) of the respective token !INDEED. π€
