Hola amigos, hace rato no pasaba a desahogarme un poquito por aca, son muchisimas cosas las que me han pasado, pero para no afincarme tanto en lo malo, solo voy a contarles sobre el ultimo acontecimiento nada agradable que me pasó, y me dejó sin poder caminar bien por algun tiempo!! Y es que en plena semana santa me fuí a la fiesta de mi comadre (frente de la casa de mis padres) y pude bailar bien bueno y sabroso salsa despues de 7 AÑOS, si, 7 años porque mi ultima fiesta asi donde bailé fue cuando tenia 7 meses de embarazo de mi niño, y viendolo bien, me jugare el numero 7😂😂
Hi friends, it's been a while since I've been able to vent a little bit, there are so many things that have happened to me, but not to dwell so much on the bad, I'm just going to tell you about the last not so pleasant event that happened to me, and left me unable to walk well for some time! In the middle of holy week I went to my comadre's party (in front of my parents house) and I could dance good and tasty salsa after 7 YEARS, yes, 7 years because my last party where I danced like this was when I was 7 months pregnant with my child, and looking at it well, I will play the number 7😂😂😂
Pero bueno, esa noche baile muchisimo con un señor que estaba ahi, que bailaba demasiado bueno de verdad jaja justo como me gusta, me daba vueltas y no es de los que bailan queriendo pegarse mucho! En fin! Disfrute bastante y a las 2am, mi hijo no se queria dormir, asi que yo me asomé para decirle a mi mamá que iba a acostarme y luego que se durmiera salia de nuevo, pero al salir, pise mal, mire a otro lado y ahi rodé 🙄🙄 el dolor que me dió no es normal, y cuando me vi el pie, se me habia salido el tobillo 😭 en la fiesta estaba un chico que el padre soba o no se como es la cosa, el caso es que me agarró el pie y entre "relajate un poco y calmate" en una de esas me llevó el tobillo al lugar, sono durisimo y dolió MUCHO pero casi de inmediato la tremenda bola que tenia, bajó
But well, that night I danced a lot with a man who was there, who danced too good really good haha just as I like, I was spinning and is not one of those who dance wanting to stick a lot! Anyway! I enjoyed a lot and at 2am, my son didn't want to go to sleep, so I looked out to tell my mom that I was going to go to bed and after he went to sleep I went out again, but when I went out, I stepped wrong, I looked away and there I rolled 🙄🙄 the pain it gave me is not normal, and when I saw my foot, my ankle was gone, my ankle had come out 😭 there was a guy in the front of the fiedta that the father was rubbing or I don't know how the thing is, the thing is that he grabbed my foot and between "relax a little and calm down" in one of those things he took my ankle to the place, it sounded very hard and it hurt a LOT but almost immediately the tremendous ball that I had, went down.
Luego me iban a llevar al hospital pero en vista del dia y la hora yo dije que no, asi que solo me fuí a dormir con mi dolor, tome una pastilla y me puse una crema que me calmó un poco!! Al siguiente dia me metí con mucho cuidado en la piscina con mis niños y asi estuve 1 SEMANA caminando renca, esperando el dolor desapareciera por completo, pero nunca lo hizo, y la inflamacion menos
Then they were going to take me to the hospital but in viata of the day and time I said no, so I just went to sleep with my pain, took a pill and put a cream that calmed me down a bit! The next day I carefully went into the pool with my kids and so I spent 1 WEEK walking around, hoping the pain would go away completely, but it never did, and the swelling even less!
Asi que una semana despues me fuí a hacer una placa y luego al hospital y resulta que tenia 2 fracturas, una de tobillo y una en el 3er dedo 😣 por ende me inmobilizaron con una Ferula y mandaron tratamiento por 5 dias
So a week later I went for an x-ray and then to the hospital and it turned out that I had 2 fractures, one in the ankle and one in the 3rd toe 😣 so they immobilized me with a splint and sent me for 5 days treatment.
Una semana despues tenia cita con el traumatologo y resulta que me dijo que la Ferula no servia, que me la pusieron con un yeso de mala calidad, asi que perdí 1 semana!! Me mandó a ponerme un yeso completo pero en vista de que le dije que era incomodo me sugirio la bota Walker que incluso era mas comoda porque me la podia quitar al bañarme, pero confiando en que yo iba a estar 1 mes cumpliendo mi reposo, porque si en un mes me hago la placa y no pegó ese hueso, hay que operar 🙃 asi que aca estoy!!
A week later I had an appointment with the traumatologist and it turned out that he told me that the splint was no good, that they heard it with a poor quality cast, so I lost 1 week! He sent me to put on a full cast but since I told him that it was uncomfortable he suggested the Walker boot which was even more comfortable because I could take it off when I bathed, but trusting that I was going to be 1 month fulfilling my rest, because if in a month I do the plate and the bone did not stick, you have to operate 🙃 so here I am!!!
No es facil no poder moverme con tranquilidad, me ha costado full porque yo no paro, pero bueno, confiando en que este mes sirva para mi total recuperacion, y tratando de tomarmelo con calma💕
It is not easy not to be able to move with tranquility, it has cost me full because I do not stop, but well, trusting that this month will serve for my full recovery, and trying to take it easy💕.
