It’s sad that people still rent these houses. I wonder why though. But just imagine people start relocating, they’ll probably have no option than to fix the drainage problem.

        That’s my thought
        If everyone decides to leave that place
        I’m sure they would fix the drainage issue
        But all they care about is increasing the house rent
